This is what you get

Not advice. A letter you can send today, and a plan for every answer they might give.

  • A firm, polite letter in your name
  • Who to send it to, and how
  • What to do on day 10, or if they say no
  • A reminder email when your date comes

What to do nextSend it to the hotel's billing department by email, and keep a copy.
  • No answer in 10 days? Come back. Letter 2 goes to the manager.
  • They say no? We make the case stronger and go higher.
  • They offer half? We help you decide.

How it works

1

Tell us what happened

Who charged you, how much, and why you think it is wrong. Add a photo, screenshot or PDF of the bill.

2

The AI builds your case

It reads the charge, finds the strongest reasons, and writes a clear, firm, polite letter in your name.

3

You get a plan, not just a letter

Who to send it to, how to send it, and what to do on day 10, or if they say no, or if they offer part.

4

We keep going with you

When your date comes we email you. Come back, tell us what happened, and the next letter goes one step higher. $2 each.

It does not stop at one letter

Most fees get paid back after the second or third push, not the first. So the plan climbs, one step at a time, and the AI writes each letter to build on the last.

1

The billing department

A short, firm letter that asks for the charge to be removed.

2

A manager or the owner

Someone who can actually say yes, with your earlier request spelled out.

3

The corporate office

Executive customer relations, where complaints are counted.

4

The card company or bank

A charge dispute with the facts laid out, if you paid by card.

5

The government agency

A complaint to the agency that handles this kind of company or fee.

6

A final notice

A calm last letter, and what you can do next if that fails.

The AI never threatens and never bluffs. It stays relentless without being rude, and it never sends more than you ask for.

Questions

What is Fight That Fee?

It is an AI dispute and escalation agent. You tell it about a fee or charge you think is unfair, and upload the bill if you have one. The AI reads it, builds the case, writes your first letter, and tells you who to send it to and what to do if they do not answer. It stays with you through every step after that.

Does it send the letters for me?

No. You send every letter yourself, so nothing goes out in your name without you reading it first. The AI writes it and tells you the best way to send it, so you have proof.

What kinds of fees can it handle?

Any kind: cable and internet equipment fees, car rental charges, home security fees, card processing and terminal fees for a business, medical equipment rentals, ticket fees, hotel and short-term rental fees, bank and credit card fees, landlord fees, car repair bills, medical bills, airline fees, subscriptions, fines and late fees. If a company charged you and you think it is wrong, start here.

What does it cost?

$9.99 for your first dispute package: the AI's reading of the charge, your first letter, and the plan for what to do next. After that, every follow-up letter is $2. No subscription and no obligation. You pay only if you come back for the next step.

What does "what to do next" mean?

Every letter comes with directions. Who gets it, how to send it, and how many days to wait. If you hear nothing by then, here is the next step. If they say no, here is what you do. If they offer part of the money, here is how to decide. We email you a reminder when your date comes.

Will I get my money back?

We cannot promise that, and nobody honest can. What we can promise is that you will have a clear, polite, well-built case at every step, and a plan that keeps going until you get your answer.

Is this legal advice?

No. Fight That Fee is not a law firm, and the AI is not a lawyer. It helps you write and plan. For a large amount or a complicated situation, you decide what is right for you.

Is my bill kept private?

Your bill is used only to write your first letter, then it is deleted. Your case is kept so we can write the next letters, and only people with your private link can see it. We never use it to train AI. Read the privacy page for the full detail.
